Amir Mahajer, DO
Amir Mahajer, DO, is the Founder and President of Osso Health and Medical Director of The Dr. Amir Mahajer Sports Medicine & Spine Center in Miami Beach. He is double board-certified in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), with fellowship training in Interventional Pain & Spine Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
Nationally recognized for his expertise in PM&R, Dr. Mahajer has been named a Top Doctor in both Florida and New York, a New York Times Rising Star, and one of America’s Best Doctors. He currently serves as President of the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AOCPMR). His practice philosophy is centered on restoring function, preventing unnecessary surgery, and achieving lasting pain relief for his patients.
As Assistant Professor of Neuroscience, Dr. Mahajer integrates evidence-based medicine, advanced image-guided techniques, and innovative regenerative therapies to deliver safe, effective, and transformative care. He is also the Principal Investigator of The Research & Education Institute at Osso Health, where he leads clinical trials and advances spine and sports medicine. Enzo Valentino
Enzo Valentino is a beloved companion and trusted member of the Osso Health family. Born as one of nine puppies in the International Winter Litter, his story began when his mother was rescued from the Appalachian region. Through the East Coast Canine Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to giving dogs a second chance, Enzo found his forever home.
With extensive training, including Canine Good Citizen and Service Dog certification, Enzo has been further trained as a Facility Dog, bringing comfort and calm into clinical spaces. Known for his gentle temperament, intelligence, and loyalty, Enzo has a unique gift for easing patient stress and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
Whether greeting visitors with a wagging tail, sitting quietly during treatments, or simply being present in his own loving way, Enzo delivers care that medicine alone cannot. He embodies the spirit of compassion at Osso Health, reminding patients and staff alike that healing often begins with connection.

Valerie Rotunno began her career in healthcare administration in 2011. She is a dedicated Medical Administrator with a diverse background in healthcare operations, patient experience, and clinical staff coordination.
